20th Anniversary

We are very delighted to announce that the papers for the first Special Edition of the Public Administration and Policy journal have been selected.  Due to the large number of high-quality papers, there will be a second Special Edition coming in Spring 2015.  Papers for the second edition are still under review.  Announcement will be made by email in the first quarter of 2015.

Submission and Review Guidelines:

Research papers related to all areas of tertiary education are invited for the Conference.Please submit abstracts and / or full papers by 12 September 2014.  All submissions will be blind reviewed.  The notice relating to acceptance of abstract and/or full paper will be provided within 3 weeks after submission.  Full papers are required for consideration for journal publication.

To submit abstracts or full papers, please send to submission@fste.edu.hk.  Please include your name, name of institution / organization, job title, email and contact number in the submission.  For full paper submission, please also indicate whether or not you would like your paper to be considered for journal publication.

Publication Opportunity:

All abstracts and full papers will be published in the Conference proceedings and full paperscan be considered for publication in the Special Issue on Tertiary Education of Public Administration and Policy, the official journal of the Hong Kong Public Administration Association.  Please refer to Notes to Contributors before submission.

*Federation for Self-financing Tertiary Education (FSTE) is a coalition of major self-financing and non-profit making institutions at the tertiary level in Hong Kong.  It was first established in 1994 under the name of The Federation for Continuing Education in Tertiary Institutions (FCE).  Its current membership comprises the self-financing arms of the eight publicly-funded universities in Hong Kong and major self-financing tertiary education providers.  FSTE is now generally regarded as a leading representative body for self-financing tertiary education in Hong Kong.

**The Public Administration and Policy, an Asia-Pacific Journal (PAAP) is a semi-annual publication of the Hong Kong Public Administration Association (HKPAA) and the School of Professional Education and Executive Development (SPEED) of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.  The Journal is devoted to the integration of the theories and practice of public administration and management, with special coverage of issues relevant to the Asia-Pacific region.
