Unleashing students’ infinite creativity through the power of words and calligraphy.
The workshop introduced the characteristics of 24-color brush sign pens, demonstrated the techniques of designing traditional Chinese characters with the brush sign pens and drawing skills. Students were coached to apply various color materials in creating a unique piece of “artwork” of their own via drawing desired background or patterns.
For some introverted students who may not be able to express their genuine feelings face to face with their relatives and friends, they could grasp the opportunity of taking this workshop to write and design unique cards to convey their thoughts. The students were very involved in learning and designing their works, with some chose to write encouragement words to cheer themselves on.
To encourage students to continue practicing traditional Chinese calligraphy and maintain positive thinking, students received a set of notes with a brush sign pen after completing the workshop.
文字的力量、書法也可帶有創意。
是次工作坊簡介了24色彩色軟頭毛筆的特性、並示範以軟頭毛筆書寫繁體字。導師透過教授文字設計及繪圖技巧，協助同學以不同顏色物料為作品製作獨特的背景素材/圖案。同學的設計無任何規範及限制，使同學能任意發揮無窮的創造力。
對於一些較內斂的同學而言，有時面對親朋好友也未必能面對面講出心底話，同學透過這工作坊，藉著文字親筆書寫並設計獨一無二的心意咭（或名信片），把心底話用文字向親友表達心意。同學們都很投入學習及設計，有些選擇了寫下鼓勵自己的說話為自己打氣。
為鼓勵同學繼續練習繁體字書法及保持正能量思維，完成工作坊後，同學均獲贈筆記一份及彩色軟頭毛筆一枝。
