LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®

Aiming at achieving personal growth in a relaxing atmosphere, colleagues (comprising academic, administrative, counselling and teaching staff) from eight FSTE Member Institutions attended LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® workshop on 17 May 2024, with the theme of empowerment and advancement in Hong Kong tertiary education.

LEGO® bricks lead to boundless and endless possibilities.  In this “hands on, minds on” workshop, participants, with open mind and open heart, were actively engaged to enhance creativity and critical thinking, leading to meaningful insights and effective actualizations of goals.  Participants shared their stories, feelings, ideas, thoughts, and exchanged insights through reflection and discussion while building individual and ultimately leading to team 3D models with LEGO® bricks.

Colleagues may encounter challenges of various magnitudes or scenarios, FSTE provided a good platform for institutions joining forces, or colleagues to gain insights from discussions with fellows.

The workshop was facilitated by Ms. Samantha Pei, certified LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Methods facilitator, certified coach, trainer, and corporate wellness consultant, from Present Senses.
